Jabberwocky AI is an independent creative education and game-based learning studio in New Brunswick, Canada.

By accessing this website, purchasing a product, downloading a file, or using any Jabberwocky AI product, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1OUR PRODUCTS

Jabberwocky AI creates and sells original digital products for educators, schools, students, families, and other users. Products may include downloadable software, utilities, educational maps and worlds, skin packs, lesson resources, templates, media, classroom materials, and other digital learning resources.

Some products may be designed for use with third-party platforms, software, games, or services.

2THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND TRADEMARKS

Jabberwocky AI is an independent studio in New Brunswick, Canada.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Jabberwocky AI products are not official products of, endorsed by, approved by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Microsoft, Mojang, Minecraft, Minecraft Education, Epic Games, Fortnite, or any other third-party platform or company.

Minecraft, Minecraft Education, Microsoft, Mojang, Fortnite, Epic Games, and other names, marks, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

References to third-party products are used only to describe compatibility, intended use, or educational context.

3LICENCES

Your purchase gives you a limited licence to use the purchased product according to the licence level shown at the time of purchase.

Licence levels may include, for example:

• Individual or Educator Licence
• For use by one individual educator or purchaser.

• School Licence
• For use within one school or site, subject to the specific terms shown on the product page.

• District, Organization, or System Licence
• For use within the purchasing district, organization, or system, subject to the scope stated at the time of purchase.

• Provincial, Regional, or Enterprise Licence
• For use within the broader organization or jurisdiction identified at the time of purchase.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the product, underlying code, artwork, world design, lesson content, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, upload for public download, share outside the purchased licence scope, reverse engineer for redistribution, or commercially exploit a Jabberwocky AI product except where expressly permitted in writing.

4EDUCATIONAL USE

Many Jabberwocky AI products are designed for educational use. Educators are responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for their learners, curriculum, age group, learning environment, devices, network, and local policies.

Lesson ideas, curriculum connections, project suggestions, and educational guidance are provided as support materials. Educators remain responsible for professional judgement, supervision, adaptation, assessment, accessibility, and compliance with applicable school or district requirements.

5SOFTWARE AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Some products require compatible software, hardware, operating systems, accounts, subscriptions, or third-party services.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and technical requirements before purchase.

10AI-ASSISTED FEATURES

Some Jabberwocky AI products may include AI-assisted functionality or workflows.
