Jabberwocky AI is an independent creative education and game-based learning studio in New Brunswick, Canada. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information when you visit JabberwockyAI.com, contact us, purchase or download a product, or request support.
1ACCOUNTABILITY AND CONTACT
Jabberwocky AI is responsible for personal information under its control. Questions, requests, concerns, or complaints about privacy may be sent to ben@jabberwockyai.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify identity and process a request safely.
2INFORMATION WE HANDLE
Depending on your interaction with us, we may handle contact and inquiry information you provide; purchase, licence, delivery, and support records; website and security information generated by normal site operation, such as IP address, browser or device information, referring page, approximate location inferred from IP address, cookies, and security or diagnostic logs; and files or technical details you choose to provide for support.
Our downloadable products are designed not to require users to submit student personal information to Jabberwocky AI unless a product page expressly says otherwise. Do not send student records, credentials, confidential school information, payment-card information, or other unnecessary sensitive information to us by email or support request.
3PURPOSES
We use personal information only as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the website; answer inquiries; process, deliver, license, and support products; prevent fraud, misuse, and unauthorized distribution; maintain business and tax records; comply with legal obligations; and protect people, property, and rights. We do not sell personal information.
We do not use purchase information to send promotional email unless permitted by applicable law. You may opt out of promotional messages using the method in the message. Opting out does not prevent transactional, support, security, legal, or service communications.

Purchases and digital fulfilment are handled through Gumroad under its own terms and privacy practices.
